About
Architecture and psychology, brought together.
Archipsych Designs is led by Alison Bennett. Her working life began with the human body — as a chiropractor, she spent years observing how posture, movement and environment shape the way people feel day to day.
That same curiosity led her to design. If a chair, a doorway or a hallway can change how a body moves, then a home can change how a life is lived. Archipsych is the meeting point of the two disciplines: architecture and psychology.
Every project begins with people rather than plans — routines, relationships, the parts of a day that feel effortful and the parts that feel good. Only then do layouts, light and materials get decided.

Why Archipsych exists
Homes are felt, not just seen
Most homes are planned around rooms. Archipsych plans around experience — the quality of light at breakfast, the calm of a well-placed threshold.
Design that reduces friction
Poor layouts create daily strain. Considered planning removes it, quietly, for decades.
A genuine sense of belonging
A home should hold your identity. The goal is always the same: it should feel like it was made for you.
