Who we are

Archipsych Designs is a residential home design practice run by Alison Bennett, based in Orange, NSW. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Free guide: your first name, email address, and whether you chose to receive occasional design insights.

Design enquiries: your name, email, and optionally your phone number, project location, project type and stage, a description of your project, and whether you've used Archipsych resources or a Discovery Session.

Purchases: when you buy a resource or a Discovery Session, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, the item purchased and the amount — we never see or store your card details.

Bookings: Discovery Session appointments are scheduled through Calendly, which collects the details you enter when booking.

Discovery Session questionnaire: any information you choose to share with us about your household, lifestyle and project.

How we use it

To send you the resources you've requested or purchased, respond to your enquiry, prepare for and deliver your Discovery Session, and provide design services.

We only send design insights or marketing emails if you've ticked the box to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the practice — Stripe (payments), Calendly (bookings) and our secure website hosting and database provider — or where required by law. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.

How we keep it safe

Your information is stored in a secure, access-restricted database that only Archipsych Designs can view. Paid resources are delivered through private, time-limited download links.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing alisonbennett_is@hotmail.com or calling 0416 251 774. We'll respond within 30 days.

If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, please contact us first. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
